This fear of public speaking would have been learned through a past negative experience. For example when you were at school you might have been asked to stand up and speak in front of your class, where you might have felt scared or embarrassed. Your unconscious mind would have recorded that fear and now whenever you are in a similar situation then that fear, embarrassment or anxiety will be recalled. You may have been a confident speaker for years but then suddenly after a negative life experience you start feeling less confident and anxious.

Using a combination of Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT I can help you to overcome your fear of speaking in public, helping you to feel calmer and more relaxed, your limiting beliefs will be replaced with positive self-beliefs helping you to feel more confident whenever you are required to speak in public again.
